Jakub Žák joins the team of Poláček & Partners

On 1 September the team of lawyers of the Poláček & Partners law firm was joined by Jakub Žák, who will specialize in construction law, dispute resolution, bankruptcy and restructuring, and energy.

“Jakub is a valuable reinforcement of our legal team. He is an experienced lawyer and a hard worker. Before he decided to join us, he had gained experience in a leading law firm and demonstrated how he had managed to cope with seemingly unsolvable dilemmas, and we very impressed by him,” said Pavol Poláček, the owner of the law firm.

“I like to do things differently and I truly enjoy practising law. And these are two things that I found in the Poláček & Partners law firm. I found lawyers there who devote even their leisure time to studying law. Therefore, they always provide their clients with the information they need without resorting to legal manoeuvres.” added Jakub Žák.

Jakub Žák studied law at the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice. Besides his work, he also undertakes doctoral studies aimed at investment construction and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Prior to the joining of the Poláček & Partners law firm, he had worked for several years for the Nosko & Partners law firm. He speaks English and Polish.
