Šimon Hudák is a new partner at Poláček & Partners

As of 1 July 2024, Šimon Hudák, who until now worked in the firm as a senior associate, will be a new partner at Poláček & Partners.

Who is Šimon Hudák

Šimon Hudák has been working at the firm since 2015. He specializes in real estate and construction, dispute resolution, environmental law and waste. He is the supervisor of the monthly newsletter regarding legislative changes in the field of construction and environmental legislation.  He also devotes considerable time to pro bono work (free legal aid) for the benefit of non-profit organizations in the field of sustainable construction and human rights protection. The Legal 500 international ranking agency has listed him among the leading lawyers (practice heads) in the field of real estate and construction, as well as dispute resolution. 

Why Šimon
