„Every day in law is different. It brings new challenges, questions and, of course, solutions.“ Šimon Hudák
Šimon studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava. After graduating, he worked as a junior associate at the Semančín Poláček, where he dealt with administrative law, litigation, construction and labour law. He currently specializes in construction and environmental regulation, disputes and public procurement. Šimon also advises organizations and initiatives supporting sustainable construction and energy efficiency of construction projects. He also likes to work pro bono for the benefit of non-profit organizations in the field of sustainable construction and human rights protection.
He is the co-creator of our monthly newsletter regarding construction and environmental legislation. He speaks English.
When he is not working, you can find him in the mountains or at the theatre. He is an avid high-altitude hiker and endurance runner, but he also cannot resist buying another good book, even though it will "have to wait in line" a place on the shelf.
